Mary-Margaret Stratton – Executive Director and President/Board Secretary
Mary-Margaret has been an active participant in the historic preservation scene for over ten years.
She produced "How Modern Was My Valley" (touring Post War San Fernando Valley)
for the Los Angeles Conservancy and the National Trust for Historic Preservation Conference of 2000.
She has also contributed to the Society for Commercial Archeology "Suburban Metropolis" Tour and
LAC Modern Committee's Wayne McAllister "A Place in the Sun" show.
She created the weekly Modern Lifestyle Radio Show "On the Town" on NPR station KCSN
and pioneered the Lotta Living online preservation community.
Mary-Margaret works as a Senior Creative Director, Communications Consultant
and does freelance landscape and interior design.

Jay Nailor - Director / Vice President/Treasurer
Jay Nailor's professional experience was in commercial heating and air conditioning manufacturing manufactuing prior to
getting bitten by the Mod bug. He and wife MiShell Nailor now invest in vintage Mid Century real estate and
run the successful low brow and "pop surrealist" M Modern Gallery in Palm Springs and Las Vegas.

Joe Barthlow is a graphic designer who lives in a 1955 Cliff May-designed home in Eugene, Oregon.
He is considered to be the World expert on Rummer Homes, besides Rummer himself!

Suzanne Couture
Suzanne Couture from Friedmutter Group is a Senior Designer and has worked on many Casino projects across the
country, including the new Red Rock Resort in Summerlin, NV.

Josh Geidel
Josh is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Nevada
and works out of the Dyson & Dyson Real Estate Association Office.
He has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science Rhetorical Studies with numerous scholastic and professional accolades
including: The University of Wisconsin Focus Award, continuous excellence in a variety of sales fields,
communicative expertise honed by academic pursuit at PhD levels with the #1 department in the nation.
Josh is an owner of a historic home in the Huntridge District and committed to preservation in Clark County.

Alan Hess
Roadside architecture expert Alan Hess is a practicing architect and architectural critic with a master's degree
in architecture and urban planning from UCLA.
He is a member of the Society for Commercial Archeololgy and serves on the board of directors
of the Museum of Modern Mythology in San Francisco.
Mr Hess has numerous books to his credit including the pivotal book, Googie, now in its second printing.
He has also written for Arts Plus Architecture, Fine Home Building,
and the Journal of Society of Architectural Historians among other prestigious organizations.
Mr. Hess has appeared on PBS Smithsonian World and has traveled and spoken around the globe
as a recognized expert in Mid Century MOdern architecture.

Eric Lynxwiler
J. Eric Lynxwiler is a graphic designer by trade with a degree in urban
Anthropology. Co-author and researcher on the acclaimed book, “Wilshire
Boulevard: Grand Concourse of Los Angeles,” Lynxwiler is also known for
his Neon Cruises of nighttime Los Angeles, is a docent for the Los
Angeles Conservancy, an active member of the Commercial Board of the
Modern Committee preservation group, and a former Board Member of the
Museum of Neon Art.

As the founder of Classic Las Vegas (classiclasvegas.com), Lynn is dedicated
to helping preserve the history and the architecture of her hometown.
She has done over 130 video oral histories and organizes
historical programming events around the Las Vegas Valley.
